A lifetime policy is designed to cover your pet for ongoing conditions throughout their life, as long as you renew your policy each year.
All of our policies are lifetime plans. This means if your furry friend develops a chronic illness or long-term condition, like diabetes or arthritis, they’ll continue to be covered year after year.
A pre-existing condition is any illness, injury, or health issue your pet had before your policy started. This includes conditions that were diagnosed, showed symptoms, or were treated before you took out the insurance.
While pre-existing conditions aren’t usually covered, your pet will still be protected for new, unexpected health issues that arise after your policy begins.
